Here comes summer………………well, we live in hope!

Now it’s time for an entire re-think of the daily specials.  You’ll see delicious fresh salads appearing and of course lots of lovely local berries for creamy cakes and meringues.  

Our outside tables will get plenty of use.  We have two out the front of the café where you can sit and watch the world go by, or two out the back in our little garden area.

Dogs are more than welcome out the front.

Our lunchtimes have been incredibly busy of late so we do recommend that you phone to make a reservation.  Of course the window tables are always highly sought after and we’ll do our best to accommodate you as best we can.  

A huge thanks to all who nominated us in the Cotswold Life Food & Drink Awards for this year and we are thrilled to let you know that we have made the final three, for the third year running.  Of course it’s a team effort so a huge thank you to our ‘Kitchen Family’ who are all equally as excited. Winners announced in July.

Also, we also have to thank those who write reviews on Trip Advisor.  The comments are very much appreciated.  Especially the comment “it’s a place that makes you feel good” or as somebody said last week “a little piece of heaven on earth”.  What more could we ask for.

Don’t forget that Giffords Circus is in town again this summer.  That is a particularly busy time for us so if you plan on a trip to the circus and a bite to eat before or after, we’d advise booking a table.  We’re already looking forward to our day at the circus and we’d highly recommend this quirky and remarkable performance as it’s a great day out.
